About Samford Valley Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy that gets you moving and keeps you moving. Why be 100% better when you could be 110% ?

We do things differently. We’re not just here to give you temporary relief — we’re here to help you feel better and stay better, we’re here to make a difference for you.

Our philosophy is built upon a more proactive approach. If you’re dealing with a new injury, an old ache that won’t quit, or just want to move and feel better day to day.

The Samford Valley Physiotherapy Approach

1. You will be listened to

It’s important to take the time to understand your story of what’s going on, why you think it happened, what your goals are and what you feel you need to do.

2. We have a good look at you

Treatment doesn’t have to stay in the consult room. Assessing how you move, what movements or activities are causing problems, what makes your symptoms worse, what helps them feel better is important information to your recovery. It’s part of solving the puzzle of what is going on with your body, what structures are not playing fair.

3. Let’s make a plan

We love a plan. You should always leave our clinic with a thorough understanding of what’s going on, what we’re going to do and what your role in getting better is.

After our initial sessions we come up with a treatment plan that matches your expectations with our experience to get the results you want. This is not some cookie-cutter approach but is based around the following steps:

  • Calm your symptoms down
  • Get you moving and functioning normally again
  • Build you back up to be fitter and more resilient than pre injury

4. A motivated team that delivers for you

Our team’s enthusiasm for their work starts with us, their curiosity for solutions, their sharing of knowledge, is our greatest investment in your treatment.

Everyone should have access to the best physiotherapy knowledge and skills. We invest heavily in the development of our team so they continue to be energised by the job and provide the best possible physio care to you. The best physiotherapists are like detectives. They gather all the information you give them and filter it through all of their knowledge and experience to find a solution. The more knowledge and experiences we can provide for them, the better your care will be.
